Worst Car Purchase Since we have been purchasing vehicles from the former dealer at the same location for the last thirty years, we can only measure sales and service ba Since we have been purchasing vehicles from the former dealer at the same location for the last thirty years, we can only measure sales and service based on past and personal experiences. While its is true that our direct sale person was very pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable. and willing to assist us with our needs. We would even consider another purchase from Stephanie in another time and place. However, we found our sales person's hands to be tied through most of the sales process and again during the post sale time prior to delivery. This is absolutely no refection on her or her ability. It took two other people to negotiate the sale. Once that was completed, we ordered a 2016 Mustang GT from the factory. We were promised by the last person to negotiate with us a delivery in mid-January. On January 5th we called to check on the promised delivery, only to discover that it had not even been started. After several days we were told that the VIN number, was to be pulled on January 22nd and assembly was to be started on February 8th with a mid-March delivery. The vehicle was delivered on March 1st only three and a half months after purchase and a month and a half later than promised. To add insult to injury, when we came in to finalize the paper work, we expected credit from the payments made to the bank on our trade-in during November, December and January. This should have reduced the payoff amount for the trade-in thus reducing the bottom line on the purchase and sales agreement by $1,400.00. Instead we were informed by a sales manager that the interest rates had gone up since November and they could not adhere to the original agreement and that there would be no credit to the sales and purchase agreement. After three and a half hours of voicing our issues and displeasure regarding this issue, we decided to take the car anyhow. Please understand, the experience was far from good. As a result, this will this be our last purchase from Autofair. You should also be aware of unseen ramifications to the manner in which this business transaction was conducted. My brother, for example, has a vehicle under lease with Autofair. He has no intention of another lease with you, My mother-in-law owns a Mustang purchased at that facility. She will no longer be a customer either. Our integrity is of the utmost importance to us and we feel that we have the right to expect the same. I was met by a young man, Jonathan(Pachy) DeLaCruz. His friendly demeanor, immediately put me at ease. He was very informative and LISTENED to my concerns without any pressure. I had the opportunity to test drive various cars and eventually made my choice. With his help, he brought me my new car to NH and I am thrilled. I purchased my previous car from Reagan Ford, 12 years ago, and with employees, like Pachy, I would definitely return and recommend Autofair to family and friends. Thank you Pachy for ALL your help. Easiest car buying experience! Landy Tyler met my husband and I as soon as we pulled up to the dealership. He immediately answered all of our questions and concerns we had, and knew Landy Tyler met my husband and I as soon as we pulled up to the dealership. He immediately answered all of our questions and concerns we had, and knew what vehicle would be best for us based on our conversation (it was the one we ended up purchasing). He gave us his honest opinion on each vehicle and financing options. He was never pushy, and respected our budget. We were at the dealership for about 2 hours from start to finish and bought (well, leased) our car that day. He met me at Town Hall to register the vehicle, and explained everything to me about the car in a way that I would understand! I would 110% recommend Landy to any of my family or friends who are looking to buy a car!!! More

Wish I Could Recommend After searching the Internet and receiving dozens of price quotes, I chose AutoFair of Haverhill for my new truck purchase. They located a truck for After searching the Internet and receiving dozens of price quotes, I chose AutoFair of Haverhill for my new truck purchase. They located a truck for me at another dealership and promised it was available at the price quoted. I made an appointment and drove three hours to the dealership. I was at the dealership for four hours while they promised they were trying to "confirm the truck was available". During these four hours, they attempted to sell me other trucks (with an MSRP thousands less) for the same price I was quoted online. I refused pointing out the obvious fact that I wouldn't pay the the same price for lesser equipped vehicles. Finally, in hour five of being at the dealership, I agreed to a five hundred dollar price increase on the original vehicle. At this point, they told me that the truck was indeed available and we shook hands on the deal. Everything was agreed upon. I was told they needed a deposit to which I provided. Moments later the salesman came back and said that they would wave the deposit due to the hours I wasted there. At this point I again confirmed that the deal was done and all that was left was the paperwork to sign upon delivery on Monday. Of course Monday came and I received an email that said the truck would be enroute to the dealership that day. An hour later I received a call from Sales manager stating that the deal was off claiming that they could not get the vehicle from the other dealership. Sensing that this was another ploy to not honor the original quoted price, I called the other dealership to confirm that the vehicle was available, which of course it was. Furthermore, I explained the situation to the other dealership and asked if anyone from AutoFair of Haverhill had contacted them. They stated that someone had contacted them on Saturday asking if the vehicle was available for a swap to which they stated it was. However, according to this other dealership, nobody from AutoFair of Haverhill followed up on Monday. I pointed out the fact that we had already agreed on the deal to the sales manager at AutoFair who replied that a handshake means nothing until the paperwork was signed. I informed them that I wanted to sign the paperwork while at the dealership and it was the dealership that insisted the deal was done and paperwork would be signed upon delivery. I will say that Viviana was a pleasure to work with. Also, the general manager, Larry, did call and tried to work out another deal but was unsuccessful. If he had offered to order a similar truck or locate a similar truck with the same discount I would have accepted. That offer was never made. The trucks that the GM tried to sell me were lesser equipped at a higher price. That being said, I can't reccomend this dealership based on the fact that they did not and would not honor the original deal we had. It was obvious that they told me what I wanted to hear to get me into the dealership and keep me from going to another dealership. More
