Outstanding service and communications I had a problem with my car not starting, and called the service center. James Merrill was the service advisor I dealt with. My car was towed, in and looked at almost immediately. He kept me posted on the status of my car on a frequent basis, going above and beyond my expectations. When I picked up my car the next day, he was very thorough in ensuring that the car was fully operational before I drove off. I highly recommend the service department at Auto Fair Haverhill, and James in particular. Thank you! More

Disappointed all around I dropped off at 8:00 am. I got a call back at 10:00 that was me being put on hold in my voice mail for over 5 mins. So I then called the service cent I dropped off at 8:00 am. I got a call back at 10:00 that was me being put on hold in my voice mail for over 5 mins. So I then called the service center and was meeted with the lack of intention to help. After that I approved the work to be done in my original issue. The door latch was to be ordered and there the next morning and was told the car would be done before 4:00 pm the next day. I called at 12:30pm only to find that the part was never ordered. So I went to he auto center to get somethings out of the car and found that the door wasn't closed and it had been raining, the passengers seat was wet. They did give me a rental car that cost me an additional $100 for insurance. So all and all my bill was almost $800 and they fixed my door latch but now the outer handle doesn't retract as the others do. Also I lost a day and a half of work and it all stems from lack of communication and fallowing up. More
No Communication I had a appointment with autofair Ford at 10 AM in the morning I spent nearly 5 1/2 Hours there and finally at 4 PM we met with the business manager t I had a appointment with autofair Ford at 10 AM in the morning I spent nearly 5 1/2 Hours there and finally at 4 PM we met with the business manager to sign paperwork and finished up by 430 and they said they'd have the car ready on Monday. Monday came and went and no one from autofair contacted me so I reached out to autofair and talked with a business manager and they said they would call me back and they never called me back. I reached out to autofair at noon on Tuesday I got nowhere finally on Tuesday evening I got a hold of someone who told me that I was not approved for financing. So for 4 days autofair ford said nothing and never called me to informed me of a problem. As far as I'm concern that's just rude inconsiderate and not a good way to do business and they should have called me as soon as They found out there was a problem. So the next day I went to Atamian Honda and spent an hour and a half in the dealership was approved for a brand-new Honda CRV EX-L with no games and very Professional and courteous staff. Autofair Ford is a joke and does no care about its customers and I would never recommend autofair anyone. Oh and I used the same information with Honda that I used autofair for financing and Honda had no problem getting me Financed and with better terms and a better car. Autofair says they can finance anybody but that is not true and even if they do get you financed You are going to pay a price for it with Autofair. More

Quick and easy I worked with pachy and he was great I went in a little defensive because my last experience at a dealer I ended up getting a really bad deal and didn I worked with pachy and he was great I went in a little defensive because my last experience at a dealer I ended up getting a really bad deal and didn't get a car I wanted but once I sat down with pachy he asked what I wanted and what my price range was and find a car I could live with that was a little more then I was looking to spent but then next day he called and said that instead of the used car that they were able to get me into a brand new 2016 Ford Fusion se and it was right in the price I was looking for in the first place. More
