Terrible Service-do not honor warranty the give They are the worst service provider. I had them repair hinges on a transit truck. They gave me a12 month guarantee on their work-sounds Good-right? W They are the worst service provider. I had them repair hinges on a transit truck. They gave me a12 month guarantee on their work-sounds Good-right? WRONG!!!!The hinges broke after two months. I had to fight with them for nine months to fix it. They fixed it supposedly. A month later the hinges started pulling off again. The refused to honor their warranty. Refused to redo their work without charge. Said to "file a law suit" as it will cost me more for that then to pay to have them fixed. Their General Manager is a wise guy who claims to want to help. He doesn't since he shares in the profits and will not honor warranty work. This is the classic rip off car dealer. Go anywhere including a street corner but not here. Auto Fair is the worst car dealer I have ever seen. A disgrace to Ford, Haverhill and the people they are supposed to serve. Go there if you want to get screwed. More

Good experience I was offered a quote online so I drove 30 miles there to purchase at that price, however their first offer was 7k over that offer, not sure why. Well THAT was Easy !! Admit it - you really don't like walking into a dealership to buy a car...NOPE you don't ! But on 8.15.16 that is exactly what I did. I met KATY FROST and immediately knew this would be a very different experience than my past car purchasing experiences. She was AMAZING. I told her exactly what I was looking for and that is exactly what she showed me. She was super friendly, knew her product line and didn't try to up sell or push me in any other direction. I bought my 2017 Escape that night and picked it up the next day all registered and insurance transferred - a seamless process. Ladies: If you feel more comfortable working with a female car sales rep definitely ask for Katy ! More
