Not only was he working hard to get me into a dependable vehicle, he showed great hospitality the entire time making sure I was completely comfortable and relaxed during the entire experience. As of today I can officially say I financed a car and if any and I mean any of my friends family are looking to get that new car please do me the honor and go pay it back to pachy and the auto fair staff. Can't say enough good things about them ! Go there and you won't have to go anywhere else except town hall ! More

The mustang was a special order in which he constantly gave me updates via emails/texts and phone calls. When I purchased the truck I had shopped the same truck with another dealership and he beat the prices by $1200 and again the same continuous updates and he even delivered the vehicle to NH.... The Snake Oil Sales Tactics are Still Alive at AutoFair Ford Today I went into Autofair Ford in Haverhill with the intent on purchasing a Ford Escape and Matt was my sales rep. After getting a email from Haley T Today I went into Autofair Ford in Haverhill with the intent on purchasing a Ford Escape and Matt was my sales rep. After getting a email from Haley T last night offering me a free gas card if I did a test drive and I did. I actually liked the car until the price Matt offered me ($30,000) was changed by the manager to a much higher offer. I was irate as Matt should of never gave me this price if he didn't have approval. I then asked for my gas gift card and Todd J.told me that he "forgot" to order them?? Why would Haley offer me this gas card at 8:00 last night when I was the first customer today! Todd said that he will mail me the card and gave me a We Owe form. I explained to Matt before we started the negotiations about all of the negative reviews on yelp and I was hoping that I wouldn't be another one with negative reviews but sure enough the entire three hours was filled with lies,deception and promises not made. I live near this dealership and would of loved purchasing from my hometown dealer but this will not be the case. You need to retrain your sales reps to NOT give customers false prices to keep them there for three hours! Sneaky Selling techniques are still alive at Autofair! Very happy experience 1st off my experience was great. .I had been in contact with Jonathan (Pachy) DelaCruz prior to going to look at vehicles..he was one of my son's best 1st off my experience was great. .I had been in contact with Jonathan (Pachy) DelaCruz prior to going to look at vehicles..he was one of my son's best friends growing up prior to my son's passing 2 years ago. So if I was going to purchase a car I'd want no one else but Pachy to be my salesmam knowing he'd treat me right, take great care of me and not take me for granted being a woman. .1 st off Pachy is a very respectful young man, has a great respect for people no matter who you are and is genuine. .he'd never force anyone into purchasing a vehicle if it wasn't in their best interest especially financially if they truly couldn't afford it! He would kindly ask you to please come back to see him when you were in a better place and could afford to purchase a vehicle. I can say that the day I went into look at vehicles he knew what I really wanted but I wasn't in a good financial spot to purchase that vehicle nor did I have good credit seeing I had filed bankruptcy back in January 2012. They ran my credit check and to my amazement I qualified for a loan. Knowing what my 2nd option would be he began running around to make sure I had a great test drive and explained all options I had if I was interested but not pressured. He explained all the warranty options I had, introduced me too the service and repair department if I had any problems, he worked with his General Sales Manager to try to get the price down on the vehicle to where my payments were affordable for me and didn't strap me. I can honestly say I would HIGHLY recommend Pachy to all my friends if they were interested in buying a car at Autofair Ford of Haverhill..Thank you again for a great experience More

Deceptive practices when signing paperwork We declined all service contracts except for the gap insurance. Very sneaky how they just throw the paperwork at you. Be extremely careful and go through every piece of paperwork! Look line by line on your contract or just never go here More

I spoke with a young man named Jonathan but they called him pachy, and let me tell you he was extremely helpful he made the process simple and presented me with a lot of options and tried to make sure i was getting the best deal. Unfortunately my credit/financial ability kept me from making purchase but I appreciate the efforts of Pachy and the supporting staff.
