Stay away, Don't use the service department. (Or buy car a from them) My key broke off in the ignition. My first quote was $450 the 2nd was $560, them I get the Don't use the service department. (Or buy car a from them) My key broke off in the ignition. My first quote was $450 the 2nd was $560, them I get the phone call of $937.21 ($689.62 in labor) I was at there mercy. When the job was completed and I went to pick it up, I was told that the service department wanted to charge me even more, but the counter guy went to bat for me and said we can't charge more. Then he tells me I need another $1,100 in brake repair and 2 tires. I was stupid for the key but not for additional repairs. Keep your money and go somewhere else. I hate this place. More

Check their work! I asked them to top off my antifreeze. They said they did, but they didn't. But here's the real kicker, I asked them to reattach my l.e.d head light I asked them to top off my antifreeze. They said they did, but they didn't. But here's the real kicker, I asked them to reattach my l.e.d head light bulb. They said they did, but didn't. The $400 bulb cracked and melted the $900 plastic headlight. If you bring your vehicle in for service with a request to do something, do yourself a favor. Make sure you check their work BEFORE you leave the lot. Needless to say, I will NEVER step foot in that place again! More

Sales is horrible but Service Dept is good Bought a Ford Fusion and when I went back to pick it up the mirror wasn't fixed. Also, the car didn't pass inspection because the battery was unhooke Bought a Ford Fusion and when I went back to pick it up the mirror wasn't fixed. Also, the car didn't pass inspection because the battery was unhooked. I made an appointment to come back up on Saturday and was told that the car passed inspection, however, they had to order a part for the mirror. I was driving the car home and felt a breeze and noticed the sunroof wasn't closed. I tried to close it and it didn't work. This also had to be replaced. I was offered a rental which I refused as I would have to use my credit card to have an authorization to rent the vehicle. I was offered 2 free oil changes and a full tank of gas. I don't want the oil changes as I am not going to travel 45 minutes. I picked the car up today but had less than a half tank of gas. This was a horrible buying experience and I will never come back here or recommend Autofair. I do have to say that Kirk in the service dept is really good. He would call me to give me an update on the status of the car. I called Todd Jones and sent him an e-mail and he never got back to me. More
