Simple Oil Change Arrived about fifteen minutes, early, the service dept took me right in, registered me and confirmed work/service to be performed (oil change). Handed rep the discount received in the mail - might be a little more due to better quality synthetic oil - agree. 20 minutes latter, vehicle was ready, all fluids topped up and general inspection, rep also found another coupon for additional amount of discount - walked out a very happy person.
