In looking over the 2nd set of paperwork ( first one were done incorrectly) a few months later found out we were charged almost $2900 for something we declined. Very sneaky how they just throw the paperwork at you. Be extremely careful and go through every piece of paperwork! Look line by line on your contract or just never go here More

I bought cars in the past at various Ford dealership (Chambers, Quirk, Tasca) and there was always a part in the deal that bugged. Whether it was the sales person, the financing department or the timeliness of delivery, there was always something. Here, the only complaint I have is the distance I had to drive to get there but, this is nobody's fault, it is what it is. All in all, the whole experience was pretty much flawless. Good job guys. My experience was EXCELLENT from start to finish. I have never had a Subaru before so I had a lot of questions and hesitation about purchasing one. My sales person, Ron Wilson, was thorough and patient and knowledgeable. He presented many different deals to his manager trying to get what I wanted, and he did it! He changed his hours to accommodate my schedule, was very pleasant when I arrived later than scheduled, went over EVERY item in the car......sometimes twice, and was genuinely kind. He also offered to help me at any time in the future if I didn't understand something. He was terrific. Jose Oliver was the patient and kind manager dealing with the many offers. He was wonderful.
