Great Experience I came to AutoFair Ford of Haverhill to purchase a F-250 for my business. I worked with Jose Morales who was accommodating, friendly, knowledgable, and enthusiastic. He worked diligently to procure that exact truck that I was looking for, with the features that fit my business' needs. Jose was respectful of my time and made the experience great. He communicated with me throughout the process to make sure that I knew exactly what was going on and what to expect. The business manager Gio Galvan made the finance experience easy, streamlined, and transparent. He submitted all the paperwork correctly and obtained my business an excellent financing rate through Ford Credit. I also was interested in an extended warranty and tire/wheel coverage. Gio professionally explained the different warranty options, what they covered, and the features of each warranty. In the end I decided on Ford Premium Care after reading the coverage conditions and the components included in the coverage. Jason Monteiro was the sales manager that I spoke to regarding pricing. Jason was straight forward, professional, and honest. He worked with me to make sure that the truck fit my business' financial goals. I would not hesitate to utilize AutoFair Ford of Haverhill for all of my future truck purchases for my business. This is the first Ford truck that we have acquired for our fleet. Due to the experience I had with AutoFair's staff I have decided to purchase all of our future trucks from AutoFair Ford exclusively. I can definitively say they have early my business' and my trust. I know that I can call up Jose whenever we need a truck and he will come through every time! Jason Lehner also assisted with the transaction when I dropped off my deposit check. I knew the two cars that I was most interested in (it is always advisable that you narrow your choices and have the stock # and VIN # with you before you walk in). Rudy answered all of my questions, and processed my paperwork, registration, and plates quickly. He even helped me set up my Bluetooth and showed me all of the basic vehicle controls. Easy peasy. I love my Subaru so much. Don't forget to get the CarFAX report and print out how much warranty is left if it is a used vehicle. Note that the limited powertrain warranty is very limited., unless you purchase more coverage. Thank you, Rudy! More

There are two waiting areas, both very nice and the rest Room is immaculate. The only fault I could find is with the free coffee service. Given the very nice coffee offered please consider providing half and half or at least milk. The powdered creamer is awful. Will definitely be using this dealer for service in the future. More

BUYER BEWARE. PAID IN FULL NEVER RECEIVED CAR Would give them no stars. Pushed to buy car due to end of month. Paid for car in full. Come to find out they sold a car they did not possess the title Would give them no stars. Pushed to buy car due to end of month. Paid for car in full. Come to find out they sold a car they did not possess the title for. No communication from sales guy post sale (Felix Gómez). Deceitful on timing of receipt of title. They wanted to deliver a car I could not register or insure. No transparency on status and they avoid your call by not picking up the phone. Blame pointed across organization from GM to general sales. Had to bring up pursuing litigation to get any response. Got money back after a long month of waiting. BIG WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY. WORST SERVICE AND CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE. More
