The first time I went int I had always hated the car buying experience- pushy salespeople, being overcharged, being over promised but underdelivered. The first time I went into Autofair, I didn't expect the experience to be any different. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly Autofair and I came to an agreement on a price I found to be fair. I was pleasantly surprised by the lack of pressure they put on me to purchase. I was pleasantly surprised that they seemed interested in getting me in the right vehicle, not the most expensive vehicle. I was surprised at the transparency in the whole experience. At the end of it all, I had to make sure that it was actually a car that I was buying, because it certainly wasn't the experience I was used to. I just bought my second vehicle from Autofair, and I won't be shopping anywhere else anytime soon. If you like the being pressured into buying and overpaying, maybe Autofair isn't for you. If you don't like the traditional experience and want to be treated like a valued customer, I highly recommend Autofair! More

Communication was key Had my 2016 F150 in because SYNC system was going haywire. Had previously taken it to Sentry Ford in Medford because it was on my way to work. Autofair quickly diagnosed the problem, which I knew from doing research on line. The part was delayed in shipment - not uncommon or unexpected in dealing with repairs. But Matt in Service was awesome. Stayed in communication with me the entire time and when part was in, fit me in with short notice and got me vehicle back quickly. More
