Sold me a broken car and refused to honor it. I bought a Certified Pre-owned 2015 Mini Cooper a month ago from them. I brought it to another service center and they discovered a broken motor mount, which is a $1200 repair. AutoFair Ford of Haverhill refused to cover the service. Do not buy from them. They do not do what they say they will do. More
