A sudden, severe problem led me to make a service appointment the evening before I dropped-off the vehicle; the on-line system made that easy. It was determined that the repair would be covered unde appointment the evening before I dropped-off the vehicle; the on-line system made that easy. It was determined that the repair would be covered under the powertrain warranty, and would require several days to complete. Chris got me a rental and I was good to go. The necessary parts arrived early, so I was able to pick-up the vehicle very conveniently. Now my Edge is running right again. I am very pleased with the service I received. More

Every single component to the service visit was executed perfectly, from the minute I drove into the clean, warm garage to the moment that I drove out. Christopher, the service rep, laid everything out for me, including best and worse case scenarios, approximate costs, and most importantly, projected completion time. I relaxed in the beautiful customer waiting area, drank coffee, worked, and was updated several times during the wait. Cost was less than I expected, work was excellent, and overall, I enjoyed the best service experience of my life. This service department and Christopher get it - they're efficient, brief & concise, with no BS. And one other really nice touch - I could not find one fingerprint or smudge of grease or oil anywhere on the vehicle. Thank you very much - Great work! More
