I have bought many vehicles here and have all of my vehicles serviced at this location and the level of service has mostly been not so great, especially the follow up and sense of urgency. More

Could be better When I got the phone call I was given a totally different timeframe the service would take. The person that set up my appointment stated it would take about an hour and that is exactly what I've planned for. As I was waiting for my vehicle I was there for an extra 1 and half hours more than I was given and every time I asked the person he said he would check outback with no answers. After leaving the dealership and got on the highway I noticed the hood of my vehicle was left opened as I'm speeding away which is a very dangerous situation if that hood popped open. I think the services would be better and they pay more attention and have better communication with the customers. More

an easy in and out experience!! it was a very easy drop off of my F150, which only took a few minutes (recall work) and it was an even easier/faster pickup of my truck. i walked in, it was a very easy drop off of my F150, which only took a few minutes (recall work) and it was an even easier/faster pickup of my truck. i walked in, told them my name, they handed me my paperwork and walked me to my truck, steps away!! friendly, courteous and fast.. First and foremost I have been struggling with the process of getting a car that fit all my needs while also being in my budget. Just in the perfect timing I had the help from Amaya who found a car th process of getting a car that fit all my needs while also being in my budget. Amaya even took the dedication to come out 30 minutes so I could test drive the car and as soon I drove I knew it was the one for me. The car had low miles, great on gas, just the right size and lastly great price! Throughout the whole process Amaya was patient and understanding and that is what truly makes an amazing saleswomen. The next step of the process was the paperwork. Amaya sat down with me and briefed me on all the information I would later go over with the finance manager, Gio, as she introduced me to him. Gio then explained all of the terminology and went in depth with all information and also answered my questions. He made sure I understood everything before signing. In the end I left happy and rang the bell as all the employees cheered for me! Great work environment from service area to sales floor. More
