Possibly the worst customer experience I have ever experienced. I have a 2019 Ford escape which had peeling paint on the rear hatch. An adviser told me ford would either repair or replace the hatch,wh experienced. I have a 2019 Ford escape which had peeling paint on the rear hatch. When finally getting a decision from ford I was told that I would have to leave the car with autofair for a few days. When I asked about a loaner I was told that wasn't the policy and that I had to rent a vehicle and that ford only allowed $30 a day and all their cars were $40 a day. A new car and I still had to put out more . After a week long repair,with many phone calls not returned, I got the vehicle back with the new paint job. The car was Filthy! Autofair didn't even have the courtesy to wash it. Possibly the worst dealership ever! More

Autofair is amazing. They came and picked up my car at home, so I didn’t need to leave my house, and promptly returned it to me when it was finished. Many reasons for a five star rating. We got a random email from Autofair and happened to need a car. My wife found the car of her dreams and although it was used, it was fully loaded and low miles and email from Autofair and happened to need a car. The first couple ppl I spoke to were very nice an accommodating and scheduled the car to be brought to my house for a test drive. Our sales rep, Amaya, was phenomenal. She was always polite and friendly and took care of everything as well as made sure everything was covered even if it had been taken care of. The price was great and they gave me what I asked for on the trade in (the online program was significantly less) and then I met with Sonja who got me a great rate and was friendly, helpful and funny and went over anything I asked and although I NEVER purchase extra, their used car warranty was too good to pass up. We will never pay for any repairs u see this very well priced and al-encompassing warranty. Then Amaya delivered the car all ready to be driven. Just fantastic service and costs from beginning to end and I’m sure, beyond. More
