Everything went fine for the most part. Reasonable rates compared to other Ford dealers service dept. The only drawback was they had to chase down a part that wasn't in stock so a 45 minute job turned into compared to other Ford dealers service dept. I wasn't thrilled about that but I realize you can't be expected to stock every possible part for every year and model. More
