Had a nail in my tire and arrived at 7:30. My visit was greeted by a service rep immediately. I also decided to have an oil change and was told there was time to accommodate me. First time at Autofair Ford/Haverhill. I was greeted promptly and courteously. After confirming my problem, I waited in the lounge. The repair took a little over an hour.
