I'll start with the only positive, which if measured alone would be 5 stars. Adonis was great, personable, attentive and responsive. He was the only good part about working with this dealership. First, the website claims you can make your deal 100% online but then they continually ask you to come in to negotiate. While I understand the need to review the trade and finalize the deal, I want to work out specifics and agree to a price online, both for convenience and the pandemic. After several emails with the Internet Sales Manager, Patrick, he agreed to a price to "meet or beat" another dealership from which I had an offer already on an almost identical vehicle. He clearly wrote the price I wanted in the email and stated the deal had been reviewed and approved by the Sales Manager. Great! So I decided after some thought to go in and make the deal. When I got there I was told they couldn't match the price after a couple trips to the managers desk. Then over comes the manager Jason, no introduction, no pleasantries, just jumps straight into "we cannot make that deal, just can't do it" while pounding away on his calculator. A completely different experience than we were having with Adonis. Ultimately they said it was some rebate difference, so we left. Later we decided we liked this vehicle enough more than the other to do it, so we made an appointment for the next morning to make the deal. Next morning, the internet "Sales Price" is now $2,000 lower than the day before which I bring up. In comes Manager #2, Matt, who says that price is the discount plus the rebates, which just isn't true because they clearly label them differently on the deal. He said he had just spoke to Jason who said he cannot make any further deals. I give up at this point since all the paperwork is there. Then they try to sell you a hundred different things like tire insurance, which by the way comes with the new car for one year. After declining it they continue to swing the numbers down and tell you how you need it because it's a Ford and Ford is a big corporation that already will have it's money and you'll be the one who needs the warranty. Great, reassuring me what I just spent my money on was a good purchase! After more back and forth and them asking us to pay more to offset the added items we declined we settled on apparently the same warranty for over $2,000 less than the first price that was presented. A long review, but a lot of unfortunate experiences at this dealership. More
Auto Fair Ford is the best dealership I have ever experienced. They are courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and honest. They went above and beyond to take care of the issue with my car and get me bac experienced. They are courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I recently just had my Truck serviced at AutoFair FORD of Haverhill had a few repairs done an oil change and not some good news that I was happy about, but Dan Cameron the Service Advisor made me feel confid Haverhill had a few repairs done an oil change and not some good news that I was happy about, but Dan Cameron the Service Advisor made me feel confident and a lot more positive about the situation. He was very caring attentive and most definitely really good at his job, very knowledgeable and good with customer service. Overall I have been coming to AutoFair for many years now and highly recommend them, whether it’s buying a car getting service to your vehicle or just a detail to your car done they do an amazing job.
