Chris was helpful with getting my car repaired. Ford did not have part available so had to use after market part, at my request because of that it was not covered by warranty. Not happy with the service department as usual. The service writer was good but the service not. Brought my car in for a recall notice and brought another issue up that had to do with my keyless entry service writer was good but the service not. The manager himself told me that this was an easy fix with no charge and that they would order the part and be in touch in a couple of days, we’ll it’s been at least three weeks and after leaving messages for both the service writer and the manager I gave up. I will never do business there again. As a new Service Manager he boasted how he wanted to make things right and take care of it, yeah right all talk. More
