Had a 7:30 apointment for repairs. Checked in at 1:30 They told me that it had not been looked at yet and they would need to keep it over night. Told the around 2:30 if it was not fixed to get it ready They told me that it had not been looked at yet and they would need to keep it over night. Told the around 2:30 if it was not fixed to get it ready for me. They held the SUV for 7 hours without looking at it. I took the day off expecting it to be worked not parked in there lot. Do these people realize we have lives too and why would they not contact me to reschedule it I could have put in some work time. More

I took my vehicle for a Mass State Inspection. I was told it would be an hour. It was done in half th ed time. I'd like to say that the service rep. Chris Gagnon is very friendly, and helpful. Attempted to buy a Ford F-150 from this very shady dealership. They are among the few dealerships that tack on a $3,000 "dealer fee" due to the current chip shortage. Buyer beware - many dealers do *n dealership. They are among the few dealerships that tack on a $3,000 "dealer fee" due to the current chip shortage. Buyer beware - many dealers do *not* do this practice. Do your homework and shop elsewhere to save yourself the annoyance and the unnecessary markup. While they disclose this fee on their web site, it is *not* disclosed on each car sticker or on the sales proposal they prepare. Deceitful. More
