As a previous customer, and have recommended this dealer to many friends and family. I have to say the experience has changed since my last purchase. My fiance and i’s time was gracefully wasted. When we reached out to purchase a new truck, were told to come in and have my current truck appraised, after talking about options. Looking at current inventory and finding a truck I would like to work numbers on. We went back inside to meet with the manager that was supposedly appraising my truck. After he sat down, he gave me an rough number (insulting at the least) and told me that they did not appraise the truck because I did not have a new vehicle in mind , meanwhile not sure why he had my keys for an hour and moved my truck, when we went there for this specific reason. I did infact find a truck I wanted to run numbers on for trade and purchase. And was not given the time of day, so I’m taking my business elsewhere for my new purchase The manager Mauricio gets a 1 star on this review for his professionalism and complete disregard for my interest. As well as wasting valuable time Our salesman Darius gets a 5 star. I told him exactly what I was looking for. And he quickly grabbed keys to models that fit my interest and showed us all of them.
