As a previous customer, and have recommended this dealer to many friends and family. I have to say the experience has changed since my last purchase. My fiance and i’s time was gracefully wasted. When we re to many friends and family. I have to say the experience has changed since my last purchase. My fiance and i’s time was gracefully wasted. When we reached out to purchase a new truck, were told to come in and have my current truck appraised, after talking about options. Looking at current inventory and finding a truck I would like to work numbers on. We went back inside to meet with the manager that was supposedly appraising my truck. After he sat down, he gave me an rough number (insulting at the least) and told me that they did not appraise the truck because I did not have a new vehicle in mind , meanwhile not sure why he had my keys for an hour and moved my truck, when we went there for this specific reason. I did infact find a truck I wanted to run numbers on for trade and purchase. And was not given the time of day, so I’m taking my business elsewhere for my new purchase The manager Mauricio gets a 1 star on this review for his professionalism and complete disregard for my interest. As well as wasting valuable time Our salesman Darius gets a 5 star. I told him exactly what I was looking for. And he quickly grabbed keys to models that fit my interest and showed us all of them. Explaining differences in models and package pricing. Will be purchasing my new vehicle this week elsewhere More

Justine from AutoFair Ford in Haverhill was incredibly kind and professional when having my truck serviced for an oil change. She was polite and listened to my concerns and provided me with excellent serv kind and professional when having my truck serviced for an oil change. Liana from the service dept was fantastic! I would give them 5 stars based on her, however there is no parking available there and even though they seem to share a parking area with the dealer I would give them 5 stars based on her, however there is no parking available there and even though they seem to share a parking area with the dealer next door, one of the sales people from next door told me I couldn’t park there and was rude, which made the experience less than pleasant. If it wasn’t for Liana we probably would have gone elsewhere. We had to bring the car in for a recall and she was very helpful, keeping us updated as to when it would be ready. She is an asset to the team there! More
