AUTOFAIR FORD HAVERHILL-SALES BUYER BEWARE! !!!!! Spent 3 hours negotiating the purchase of a nice used Bronco Sport. Salesman Mike advised if we sign we can drive the Bronco home "tonight". So !!!!! Spent 3 hours negotiating the purchase of a nice used Bronco Sport. Salesman Mike advised if we sign we can drive the Bronco home "tonight". So excited to trade in the tired car we had. After signing the deal, Pedro the sales manager advises they actually don't have the title and wouldn't be able drive it home. Disappointing but stuff happens right? Pedro advised worst case scenario 2 weeks on the title. Week and 1/2 later and several calls back and forth to Sales Mgr Pedro , we find out the title is at another dealership in Ohio and not sure when he'll get it and probably be another 6 weeks! Meanwhile we've parked our car that's a tracde in the deal to make sure it's not affected and borrowing cars to get to work while we wait for the title to show up and get the bronco we fought for. Pedro, aware of the situation, denies the use of a loaner car until we get the title. Ask Pedro to make the situation right and work a deal to get is a good deal on a new BRon o Sport with moonroof and "Area 51" paint scheme. Not bad good deal on a new car and situation corrected right? WRONG. PEDRO sells the car we had a gentleman agreement on hours afterwards. After speaking with Pedro and asking is this how your company conducts business, Pedro hangs up on me. After 3 voicemails today, finally spoke with General Manager Adam to explain the whole situation and that we just want our $3,000 deposit back that we put down 2 weeks ago so we may purchase a New Bronco at another dealership. After hearing the nightmare we experienced at Auto Fair Ford Haverhill, Portsmouth Ford is willing to work with us. I recommend not purchasing a vehicle from Auto Fair Haverhill but if you must, make sure they have a title in hand or at least know where it is before you start haggling because they won't tell you. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! More

Have not purchased a vehicle here, but have come here to service my F-150 a few times. My initial experiences were very positive but I’ve had some issues more recently. I had a problem with my vehicle requi service my F-150 a few times. My initial experiences were very positive but I’ve had some issues more recently. I had a problem with my vehicle requiring I leave it for a few days so I setup an appointment and requested a loaner vehicle (a month in advance). I showed up on the morning of my appointment and was told they didn’t have a loaner available. It would have been helpful if someone had called to notify me so I didn’t make the drive to the dealership just to return home. I rescheduled the appointment to the following week and when I arrived I was directed to the neighboring AutoFair Subaru to pickup my loaner and was told they hadn’t been notified about my need for a loaner. Luckily, they had a vehicle and were able to help me get a vehicle but this displayed more disorganization on the part of AutoFair Ford service department. Depending on how this service goes, I may be looking for a new dealership for future service needs. More
