Excellent Customer Service and Knowledge I was in this past Friday and spoke with Stephanie Ringland. She was very knowledgeable about the Explorer I was interested in and extremely accommoda I was in this past Friday and spoke with Stephanie Ringland. She was very knowledgeable about the Explorer I was interested in and extremely accommodating with a very upbeat personality and very friendly. When I do decide its time to trade in my car and buy the new Explorer I will be back to see Stephanie for sure!!! More

Great Experience I just recently purchased a used car from here and the service was excellent great people. My english is not to great so they even had a sales special I just recently purchased a used car from here and the service was excellent great people. My english is not to great so they even had a sales specialist named MAJDI SHAHIN that could speak multiple languages and went above and beyond to help me with everything even my paperwork. used card I purchased a 2009 Mustang GT in June and it turned out to have had a safety recall and the GM contacted me about the issue and offered to take the ca I purchased a 2009 Mustang GT in June and it turned out to have had a safety recall and the GM contacted me about the issue and offered to take the car back .. long story short he ended up getting 2 different cars for me from other AutoFair stores which he had to actually buy from them for inventory reasons.. I ended buying a 2012 Maxima ..my sales person on the return was Jen Pineo and she was fantastic!!.. it was a very stressful time for me and she made sure every question I had was answered..every detail was covered and she even called me on her day off to make sure she kept me updated.. if anyone goes to this store i would STRONGLY recommend you find Jen!!!.. and I would also recommend you consider the store as a whole EVERYONE involved with my situation was helpful More
