just another scam This dealership is ridiculous,They will pretend to sell you a car, let you take it home and you show your family and friends. You might know your cred This dealership is ridiculous,They will pretend to sell you a car, let you take it home and you show your family and friends. You might know your credit is shaky but they can not get a approval right away, they will call you back after a few days and change the terms they agreed too. plus I heard they don't even pay the employees like they were told. This type of unethical stuff should not be put up with. these big company think they can do whatever they want to everyone. More

He told us he can definitely get us into a truck at the price we could afford each month ,after test driving two trucks we came to a agreement on one truck we liked , we sat down with Ryan and came to a understanding on price we were there for 3 hrs after several attempts by Ryan to get us were we wanted to be. His manager came over and was totally rude and rough saying I was crazy thinking I could get into a used truck at the $425 a month budget He became very aggressive and was obviously looking for a argument which did happen, I I tried to leave he still kept telling me I am ridiculous and that I should go else's were, he also said my truck I wanted to trade in was a junk, it's a 2007 Chevy Silverado with a hundred thousand miles with a small dent in drivers side other wise it's in great condition,he said he could only give me $800 on the trade,so the issue is not we couldn't make a deal it's his approach he could of said I can't get the numbers right for you on this truck but I have other vehicles that could fit your budget but no he wanted to argue by standing over me and scaring my child and wife wow , the sales guy Ryan was excellent no fault of him except he should not of made us stay there for three hrs if we couldn't make a deal on vehicle I have bought many vehicles from autofair in Manchester with no issues and excellent service my sister has bought many there also, we will not purchase a vehicle from them ever again,as we left I could see Ryan shaking his head in disbelief and the manger still saying words to me as I left, worst experience I ever had not very customer friendly. I spoke with Jenna a few times before visiting the dealership and she was more than helpful! Gave me all the information I asked for and made it a good experience for when I got there. My sales woman was great as well! The staff all worked together and it was not only a great experience but it was fun too....something you don't normally think of when you think about going into a dealer. The whole store clapped and made lots of noise once we agreed on a number. It was fun! More

His staff went above and beyond for us! From financing with Laurie and Rick to signing the final paperwork with the best interest rate we could have possibly hoped for.
