Easy to deal with John was there as I pulled up to visit the dealership. He was very polite and was not pushy. He just asked if I needed his assistance which I did. He went out of his way to ensure I did not feel rushed. I am a long time customer of the former Regan Ford now auto fair and dealt with Ray Loita for years as my salesman. Ray is no longer there. I wasn't sure how I would be treated, but John met my expectation. Ask for him if you visit. More

When we were ready, Landy Tyler was the Salesperson, that was available to help us and might I add; "extremely professional". Great overall experience. This is my first experience with the Ford product, and obviously then with AutoFair Ford. Whether working with Jason as the salesman, or Juan, Joe, or This is my first experience with the Ford product, and obviously then with AutoFair Ford. Whether working with Jason as the salesman, or Juan, Joe, or Todd as Managers in finalizing the deal, they were willing to fairly negotiate a reasonable price for the vehicle and trade value. The paperwork process was fairly quick and painless, and the pickup experience no different. We were and still are extremely pleased with the 2015 Expedition Limited and purchase process overall, but were even more impressed with the follow up. Kate Martin followed up with me on the experience, and I shared how good the experience was, but also a couple minor concerns (missing physical key in smart remote & wind noise on the window seal b/c of a sales flag that had bent the insulation). I got an immediate follow up from Savanh as a Sales Manager. I brought the car in at his request to show the issue, and without question, walked me personally into Service to order replacement parts for the window seal and had a replacement key made in about 5 minutes. On top of that, because of some questions about how perfectly clean the new vehicle was when I picked it up, Savanh is going to ensure that when the parts come in and the repair is done on the window, a full detail will be completed before I get it back. I have purchased a new car for both my wife and I every 3 years or so (13 cars total in 15 years). I can confidently say that the initial experience was on par with the better dealerships I've experienced, but the follow up to make sure the truck and experience was perfect well exceeded my expectations. From the direct involvement and interest of Larry as the GM, on down to Jason and Savanh's follow up afterwards, this is a great dealership. I look forward to a similar service experience in the coming years for the new truck. More

I was always pleased with the service, friendliness of the staff and their knowledge of Regan. I returned to Autofair hoping for the same and was not disappointed. What set Autofair apart from all the other dealers I visited was mainly my sales person, Jason Mora. If I return to Autofair for an additional purchase or recommend Autofair to friends and family it is mainly because of the way I was treated by Jason. He was extremely friendly and helpful. There were no high pressure tactics. He knew his cars and was able to zero in on just what I was looking for. There is nothing pretentious about Jason. He is someone you know you can depend on and trust. I would say if you are car shopping and go to Autofair, ask for Jason. You won't be disappointed. More
