She went far above and beyond the normal customer-service expectations, working diligently to find the exact truck we were searching for and answer all the questions we had. Jena even went so far as to make sure that a friendly and helpful salesperson was waiting to work with us when we arrived at the dealership. Although we're from central New Hampshire, we drove to Haverhill because of the quality attention we got from day one. unbelievable service I received a phone call this past July to see if I'd like to trade my 2010 Ford Edge in for a newer model so I went to check it out to see if it would I received a phone call this past July to see if I'd like to trade my 2010 Ford Edge in for a newer model so I went to check it out to see if it would be worth it. I worked with Landy, who was amazing. He was so patient with me and really respected that I wanted to keep my payments the same. He showed me several different vehicle options as well as different payment options. I now live in Methuen so in order to get the car registered he had to take the trip to Merrimack and we made it in the knick of time before it closed! Above and beyond :) I am currently getting my first oil change and he popped in to see how everything was going with the car! The servicemen are great as well, so friendly and always do a great job! I also want to give credit to Jena, who mailed my employee ID to me because it fell off and saved me a trip! More
