Exceeded Expectations! Had been searching for a pre-owned, certified Escape with navigation for a few months. Easy to deal with John was there as I pulled up to visit the dealership. He was very polite and was not pushy. He just asked if I needed his assistance which I did. He went out of his way to ensure I did not feel rushed. I am a long time customer of the former Regan Ford now auto fair and dealt with Ray Loita for years as my salesman. Ray is no longer there.
