Dealt with Landy Tyler to purchase a new F150 My experience was great with no pressure. I purchased a new 2015 F150, they didn't have what I wanted on the lot so Todd Jones located one for me. I worked with Matt who showed me a vehicle that had just been marked down by several thousand I went to Autofair to look at their used car inventory. I worked with Matt who showed me a vehicle that had just been marked down by several thousand dollars. I had all of the options I was looking for and the mileage was acceptably low. I did not expect to buy a car but did the next day. They gave me a fair price in trade and fixed some of the concerns I had with the vehicle. It was a positive car buying experience so far and I will visit them when I need to replace my 2nd vehicle. More

Terrific Experience! My wife and I came in to look at purchasing a new Escape. Landy was courteous and extremely knowledgeable. We ended up looking through pretty much the My wife and I came in to look at purchasing a new Escape. Landy was courteous and extremely knowledgeable. We ended up looking through pretty much the entire inventory trying to narrow down that 'sweet spot' car with the features we wanted at the price that was right for us. Landy wasn't pushy, he didn't go for the hard sell or anything like that. In hindsight we were probably a bit of a high maintenance client but Landy was a total pro the entire time. He sat with us looking through their stock online, walked the lot numerous times, and was the picture of patience. We've never had such a pleasant car buying experience. My wife and I agreed after we drove off the lot with our new car that, barring some sort of extreme event, we will be coming back to Landy and AutoFair Ford in Haverhill for our future car buying needs. We loved working with Landy and will happily recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle in the future. More
