unbelievable service I received a phone call this past July to see if I'd like to trade my 2010 Ford Edge in for a newer model so I went to check it out to see if it would I received a phone call this past July to see if I'd like to trade my 2010 Ford Edge in for a newer model so I went to check it out to see if it would be worth it. I worked with Landy, who was amazing. He was so patient with me and really respected that I wanted to keep my payments the same. He showed me several different vehicle options as well as different payment options. I now live in Methuen so in order to get the car registered he had to take the trip to Merrimack and we made it in the knick of time before it closed! Above and beyond :) I am currently getting my first oil change and he popped in to see how everything was going with the car! The servicemen are great as well, so friendly and always do a great job! I also want to give credit to Jena, who mailed my employee ID to me because it fell off and saved me a trip! More

Horrible customer service We went in to see if there was a new truck in our price range. They searched high and low and said they found one that they would have to get brought We went in to see if there was a new truck in our price range. They searched high and low and said they found one that they would have to get brought in, all they needed was a small deposit which was guaranteed refundable. I wouldn't complain about the initial service but they definitely tried there best to "save the sale". Well, they weren't able to find the truck, supposedly got sold or something. We decided to hold off on buying a new vehicle. It's been a week now and I have had to call 4 times to try and get my deposit back. It still not refunded yet!!!!!! Gonna try to attempt again. Update-after posting this review, I received quick, courteous, expedited service. Why does it take a 5 days, including weekends, to get someone to respond to my phone calls. More
letting go. starting anew I would like to start by saying i am not big on change. i find something that is reliable and doesn't let me down i will stick with it. this was my 19 I would like to start by saying i am not big on change. i find something that is reliable and doesn't let me down i will stick with it. this was my 1998 f250. loved this truck and all it did for me. even though things on the truck would wear down, the heart of the truck(powertrain) remained steadfast and true. but at some point you have to realize that some change can be good and the folks at autofair of Haverhill made this transition easy. from the selection to the salesperson (scott brunquell) to the closing of the deal everything was made easy at autofair. i would not hesitate to recommend autofair to anyone who is looking to purchase a new vehicle. still have a little separation anxiety from my old reliable, but driving my new 2015 f150 is making it much easier. More

WE HAD A GREAT SALES LADY (ERICA) THAT TOOK THE TIME TO RESERCH ARE NEEDS AN JUST TRADED OUR 2013 FORD FUSION TITANIUM FOR A NEW 2015 FUSION TITANIUM. WE HAD A GREAT SALES LADY (ERICA) THAT TOOK THE TIME TO RESERCH ARE NEEDS AND WANTS. SHE WAS EXELLENT IN HELPING US NEGOTIATE ARE DEAL LAST FRIDAY. GREAT TO JUST SWAP PLATES AND DRIVE AWAY.
