I worked with Landy, who was amazing. He was so patient with me and really respected that I wanted to keep my payments the same. He showed me several different vehicle options as well as different payment options. I now live in Methuen so in order to get the car registered he had to take the trip to Merrimack and we made it in the knick of time before it closed! Above and beyond :) I am currently getting my first oil change and he popped in to see how everything was going with the car! The servicemen are great as well, so friendly and always do a great job! I also want to give credit to Jena, who mailed my employee ID to me because it fell off and saved me a trip! More

Horrible customer service We went in to see if there was a new truck in our price range. They searched high and low and said they found one that they would have to get brought We went in to see if there was a new truck in our price range. They searched high and low and said they found one that they would have to get brought in, all they needed was a small deposit which was guaranteed refundable. I wouldn't complain about the initial service but they definitely tried there best to "save the sale". Well, they weren't able to find the truck, supposedly got sold or something. We decided to hold off on buying a new vehicle. It's been a week now and I have had to call 4 times to try and get my deposit back. It still not refunded yet!!!!!! Gonna try to attempt again. Update-after posting this review, I received quick, courteous, expedited service. Why does it take a 5 days, including weekends, to get someone to respond to my phone calls. More
