First time buying a car as a lease First found Auto Fair Ford of Haverhill through their service department which is second to none. They did a lot of work on my 2004 explorer and even though it was an old car, were very fair. The last time in they fixed a wheel problem and we ended up talking to the sales people while waiting. We ended up leasing a new Ford Explorer. All the people including our sales rep were fantastic. I'll never go anywhere else! More

Managers do not work with customers I went to look at a 2013 Ford Edge with 32,604 miles on it one owner.I live 2 hours away from the dealership. 1-The car had 2,000 more miles on it. 2 I went to look at a 2013 Ford Edge with 32,604 miles on it one owner.I live 2 hours away from the dealership. 1-The car had 2,000 more miles on it. 2-The sale people are great.3-The Sales Managers are not customer friendly.4-The car had 2 empty cans of energy drinks in the center console.5-The car was a non smoker and had cigarette ashes in the back.6-The rear end made alot of noise.7-The car was selling for $20,966 and I offered $20,000 sales manager offered $73 off,which I felt was a slap in the face and waste of my time..8-Autofair doesn't want customers ,like they say they do.I was also supposed to get a $50 gas card for test drive and that did not happen. I would go to a different dealer. More
