After two years and over a dozen visits to the service center, some misogyny from the service department, some unresolved service issues, and a 3 month stay at the shop, we dumped the lemon. Now they will not refund us for the cancelled extended warranty (the car was only 2 years old and they owe us over $1200) Tyler gives excuse after excuse. Do not do business with Autobahn Volkswagen...It's not worth it. More

Came in a second time to see the vehicle - there were two huge nails in two different tires - very clear the car was not serviced in anyway. Further more the program director and sales team were awful, rude and disrespectful. Left and purchased the same vehicle at their competitor the same day. More
I hate writing reviews, but the horrible experience I had with this dealership needs to be put out there so nobody else goes through what I went through. If you end up purchasing a car from here, do not work with Jaylen Williams. He ran my credit 4 times, after he promised me that he'd only run it once. He then followed up by telling me that his finance manager could write a letter to get the hard inquires off(which was October 25th). I texted him on Saturday (November 5th) to ask what the status of the letter is, and he left me on 'read.' I called the dealership on Tuesday (11/6) to speak with him, after he ignored my third follow up text, and he told me that his manager told him that he could not write the letter. I asked him why didn't he let me know about that decision, and why did he lie to me about the letter and he gave me a xx answer. Do yourself a favor, and stay away from this dealership at all costs. There are better Volkswagen dealerships in other cities in Texas. These people are liars and are horrible people. they will take advantage of you, if you let them. Like I said, I don't write reviews but I want to stop anyone else from getting their credit ruined and having the same horrible experience I had. More

Great experience and service thanks to Jesus De La Rosa. He put in the extra effort for the needed repairs on my daughter’s 2015 Passat. In July 2022, the Passat had some issues right before my daughter's He put in the extra effort for the needed repairs on my daughter’s 2015 Passat. In July 2022, the Passat had some issues right before my daughter's departure for 6-month military training. After review of the repairs, we decided to wait until she returned from training at the end of February 2023 (the Passat was going to sit for 6-months anyway, and the biggest ticket item was replacing the catalyst converter). Upon her return, we reached out to Jesus who remembered us and set up an appointment. It turned out that our service agreement did not cover the catalyst converter, but after some research, Jesus found that the Passat was still covered under the original emissions warranty. This was a financial lifesaver and cut our expenses by more than half the original cost. Jesus even set up a loaner car as it would take a few days to get the parts. His communication and explanations were wonderful, and it was a great pleasure working with him. Jesus’s efforts made the repairs less stressful and made us an extremely happy customer. More
