My new CPO car was a supreme value over what I had been seeing at other dealerships for the price and condition. They gave me fair value on my trade, and Ed Pereira made the sales process seamless. After researching the car on line I was at the dealership for a little over an hour to do a quick test drive and agree to terms. Picked it up the following day. I'm hopeful the service department is as strong when maintenance items come around, but I get the sense everything there is top notch. Based on the money I saved and the quality of the experience, I expect I'll be going back to them again next time. More

Great Buying Experience I found a specific car that I was interested in buying. John B and Marc were my sales and finance helpers respectively. They were great through the I found a specific car that I was interested in buying. John B and Marc were my sales and finance helpers respectively. They were great through the whole process including helping dealing with my 3 and 5 year olds. They explained all the features and extras without being pushy. They listened and respected what I needed and wanted. There was 1 glitch in the process dealing with financing through USAA. It required us to come out several times due to a dealership policy that required the dealer bank check to be funded prior to taking possession. USAA indicated that this isn't very usual. Wouldn't have been a big deal, except we live about an hour away. Not a reflection on the employees, just a policy that could be examined. More
