I found Eric (last name escapes me) to be extremely helpful as well, and provided a ton of information and assistance with getting financing and registration completed. Both individuals appeared to take a genuine interest in me as a person as well as a customer, and were driven to provide an open and straightforward buying experience. More

The first was how responsive Shannon Stewart was while we were discussing the car and price over the phone. She was extremely quick to return calls and gather information for me, very thorough and straightforward. The second was how pleasant and low-key the experience was. One person (Shannon) was empowered to handle pretty much everything, and Paul was super-efficient in handling the payment and insurance processing. I couldn't recommend a dealership or their personnel more highly, and when I need to buy a car again I'll go there first. More
