He spoke with Kyle at the Autobahn dealership and went over the information and told me it sounded like something I should go and see. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Sean Mitchell. He got the information that he needed from Kyle and brought the vehicle right up for me to test drive. I decided to purchase and we went to Seans desk where he filled out the paperwork and gave me the information to bring to my credit union. Two days later we met again as arranged. I had secured financing and Sean helped to finalize the paperwork and resolve a few minor glitches with the insurance company in a quick, efficient and professional manner. The experience I had with Erik, which was my first at Autobahn, was very good as he took the time to review the details of each car I saw without pressure and gave me his honest opinion on each vehicle which helped me decide on the one I bought. The car was nicely detailed and ready the next day. He spent much time reviewing the features and operation of the vehicle with me before I left and has followed up with me since then to make sure I am completely happy with the purchase.
