I chose one of the Audi's and said 'This will work', to which he responded 'I'd like to sell you a car you love, not one that just works'. Then he patiently showed me various BMW and Mercedes models, explaining the differences between them. I test drove several models from the three manufacturers and happily settled on a Mercedes.
