When I arrived at the dealership, I expected to be rushed into making a purchase by typical car salespersons, but instead I met up with courteous staff. They were educated in what they were selling and there wasn't any pressure to buy. I did return a few days later after being able to make an educated decision on what was a good car me. When I came back, I met up with Josh for a test drive and to have answered the many questions I had. Josh had a thorough knowledge of their inventory, experience with their products, and helped me make the best choice and always treating me with a friendly, helpful attitude. You just don't find that customer service around at too many dealerships these days, so it was a welcomed change. I did make a purchase on a BMW 3 series and after less than a week of driving, I had follow-up from Josh and his team, to make sure things were still good! It doesn't get any better. More
