He was very knowledgable about the car, pointing out things I never new. The car was priced fairly and they gave me a great price on my trade-in. I'm an old timer and have bought my share of cars. This is what I got from the Mercedes Dealer down the street. I went there one day and was given a price to purchase a vehicle and got it in writing. When I returned a week later the price had changed. I am so happy that I stopped at Autobahn. The Finance Manager was completely straightforward and didn't try to sell me extras that I didn't need. I go exactly what I asked for. Larger Dealerships could learn a thing or two about customer service from Autobahn! More
