The last dealership I went to was Autobahn and my stress and anxiety faded quickly. Eric worked with me to find a car that fit all my criteria. It was the first dealership I went to where I felt the salesman genuinley had my best interest at heart. He found me a crazy deal on a used car with only 3,000 miles on it! It was cheaper than any other car I had test driven and better in every way! I've had the car several weeks now and still no complaints. Eric still checks in with me to make sure it's running smoothly and to ensure that I am happy. The customer service was above and beyond my expectations. Thank you autobahn and thank you Eric!! More

He did an outstanding job going over the entire vehicle for me. I live 10 hours away from this dealership so I did not have time to drive over there and complete the inspection and test drive. I am a very meticulous person and notice every ding and scratch on the car. Erik inspected the car for me, we even went over it together using Facetime. He sent me additional photos, videos and test drove the car for me to assure it has no problems and it was not pulling to the right or left. He even parked it away from everyone once I purchased it. When I arrived, the vehicle, 2016 Mercedes GLC300 with approx. 7000 miles was waiting on me clean and ready. We only forgot to check if the vehicle had a second key and it did not. My fault for not asking. Erik even helped me to return my Hertz rental car and picked me up from there. I would highly recommend Erik to anyone, especially those that are thinking about purchasing a vehicle and are coming in from far away. I liked this dealership so much that I found another car that I liked for my friend, and he had it shipped to him. Thank you, Erik for taking care of me. I will definitely keep sending any friends and family members to you and will be back for that Porche Macan if you get one in. More

Fantastic experience I would highly recommend stopping at Autobahn USA. The staff went above and beyond to help get me into a 2013 BMW 335xi. The only negative comment I would make would be that they sold me a car with 90 miles left in the gas tank, less than a quarter tank. I couldn't even make it home without having to stop at the gas station. Call me old fashioned but I still think that when you buy a car, you should drive off the lot with a full tank of gas. More
