He spoke with Kyle at the Autobahn dealership and went over the information and told me it sounded like something I should go and see. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Sean Mitchell. He got the information that he needed from Kyle and brought the vehicle right up for me to test drive. I decided to purchase and we went to Seans desk where he filled out the paperwork and gave me the information to bring to my credit union. Two days later we met again as arranged. I had secured financing and Sean helped to finalize the paperwork and resolve a few minor glitches with the insurance company in a quick, efficient and professional manner. Sean was courteous and personable throughout the transaction and was a pleasure to work with. It was a great experience and I love my car. More

We were greeted by our sales guy Erik and he was terrific. Gave us the Carfax up front.......and it was helpful. Erik knew his cars, a challenge given the numerous vehicles in inventory. He gave us an overview of the engine, the dashboard and instrumentation. He was engaging during the sit down and negotiations. The experience I had with Erik, which was my first at Autobahn, was very good as he took the time to review the details of each car I saw without pressure and gave me his honest opinion on each vehicle which helped me decide on the one I bought. The car was nicely detailed and ready the next day. He spent much time reviewing the features and operation of the vehicle with me before I left and has followed up with me since then to make sure I am completely happy with the purchase. I recommend him highly and hope to deal with him in the future. More

I found Eric (last name escapes me) to be extremely helpful as well, and provided a ton of information and assistance with getting financing and registration completed. Both individuals appeared to take a genuine interest in me as a person as well as a customer, and were driven to provide an open and straightforward buying experience. More

This was as easy as buying new is with TrueCar, which I did last year. The price on my favorite car beat the market. There was one issue on the CarFax that John pointed out, not knowing that I already knew about it. When my current car broke down I decided to buy. More

The first was how responsive Shannon Stewart was while we were discussing the car and price over the phone. She was extremely quick to return calls and gather information for me, very thorough and straightforward. The second was how pleasant and low-key the experience was. One person (Shannon) was empowered to handle pretty much everything, and Paul was super-efficient in handling the payment and insurance processing. I couldn't recommend a dealership or their personnel more highly, and when I need to buy a car again I'll go there first. More
