He was very patient and answered all of my questions, and was very accommodating with a test drive of not only the BMW but also with a Mazda CX-5 that they had on the lot. He even checked the online listing for the vehicle I ultimately purchased and found that the price had been lowered, so the vehicle cost was less even than the sticker.
