Great experience purchasing used Mercedes I just bought a used Mercedes Cla 250. Being that I live in New York and couldn't see the vehicle in person I was really nervous about the purchase. Vehicle arrived today in a mint condition, looks and smells brand new and runs great. Both Dominique and Wesley were very responsive and helpful from the beginning to the end, I highly recommend both of them. They also arranged the shipping to NY for a very good price. Ok but out your negotiation hat on These guys are ok, I went back 3 times before I was able to get to someone with a brain - trouble is they have great inventory. When I finally got thr These guys are ok, I went back 3 times before I was able to get to someone with a brain - trouble is they have great inventory. When I finally got through to Roman he was flexible on the price (wait he actually didn't make the decision but his "manager" did - he must have used some good tactics because at first he went down $300 but when I waited till the last few days of the month I told him to drop the price another $200 - sure enough they bent). The test drive experience is short and sweet so don't expect to "open" it up on the highway or slam on the abs brakes on the straightaway. The Business Manager is a no BS guy and understands the customers viewpoint, actually I wish I dealt with him first and the other buffoons like John and Ed. Oh! The other thing that got me fired up - I made an appoint with Mr. Roman on a Sunday at 1 PM EST. I showed up literally 2 minutes late and waited 90 minutes before someone (again with a brain) actually helped me. Why did I wait so long? I was one signature away from owning the brand new, used vehicle that's why and almost forgot to mention I drove 90 miles one way to complete the transaction. So the morale of the story be prepared to be frustrated and do your best to remember they are still used car sales people except they have a slick website and some pretty good inventory. Namaste More

Down to the wire Roman was fantastic. I have an extremely chaotic work schedule which makes finding the right car difficult. Not only did Roman locate the exact car Roman was fantastic. I have an extremely chaotic work schedule which makes finding the right car difficult. Not only did Roman locate the exact car I have been looking for over the last few months, he took care of everything I needed done to make sure i could drive away in it just before I had to travel out of town for work. It was a long shot but Roman gave me his word and boy did he deliver!!! Roman is extremely thorough in his work and he took the time to listen and understand my situation and put all my "car buying anxiety" at ease. He even took the time to play with my 3 year old daughter while I did paperwork which she still talks about this day!!! A huge thanks Roman. More
