I didn't have an appointment, but ended up being helped by Erik, who was supremely helpful and straightforward with me throughout the process. The car I went to see ended up having been in an accident (which they immediately disclosed via CarFax) and not having all of the features I was looking for, but thanks to their large inventory I ended up finding another very similar car with more features that I test drove that day. I was not at all pressured to purchase the car right away and Erik was very helpful in answering any and all questions that I had not only regarding the car itself, but regarding financing, insurance, and the general process. I did end up purchasing the car a week later and could not be more happy with the experience. Like most dealerships, they do try to sell you on extra warranty and add-ons (do your research beforehand), which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but I do wish that I was better prepared. Unfortunately, I was Eriks last customer in Sales and he's since moved into a Service role, but the assistance I received was top-notch. Autobahns inventory, pricing and employees certainly make them worth a stop if you're in the area. More
