Could have been a better experience for a first time buyer This was my first ever car purchase and I was really looking forward to leaving with the car of my dreams. Although I did manage to finalize the deal This was my first ever car purchase and I was really looking forward to leaving with the car of my dreams. Although I did manage to finalize the deal on the car, the process was overwhelming. Josh McClaskey was the sales associate and though he did try his best with us, there was a lot of pressure put on my wife and I through the whole visit, mostly from the deal closer of the dealership (Scott I believe his name was, not sure). Anyways, the car is gorgeous but just minor details was failed to be mentioned and assessed. For one, the car wasn't properly cleaned, trash was still in stored compartments, I was promised the car mats would be there upon finalizing but still mats were missing, and one thing that bothered me the most was the fact that trunk's top lid was broken from the inside and it was just brushed off as "they'll take care of it" but still wasn't fixed properly. Overall, Josh did his job in making the sale, but the experience for me and my wife could have been a lot better in regards to the other aspects of the dealership and the process of purchasing the car itself, especially making sure its thoroughly cleaned, not just what's visible! More

We took a test drive with Josh and he pointed out all the features on the car and allowed us to take as much time as we wanted.
