We were able to pick up the car Tuesday evening and they applied the Siemeniz wax instead and out after we decided we wanted it. The Sales Manager was the best. There was literally NO pressure to purchase any of the extras. That's a first for us. Our sales person sat with us and chatted while we were waiting for the car to be ready. We traveled 45 minutes to this dealership and will do so again when we need another car. More

Super Easy I had asked around about the reputation of Autobahn USA to some people I know in the area of Westborough. All said they have heard good things about I had asked around about the reputation of Autobahn USA to some people I know in the area of Westborough. All said they have heard good things about the dealership. My experience was exactly what I was told. Alex was super easy to deal with as a salesman. Peter was easy to deal with in the finance department. Bob was overseeing everything as a manager and pleasant to work with as well. Buying cars isn't like it used to be. There is really not a lot of room to 'negotiate' as the internet helps keep prices competitive. The car I purchased was more than fairly priced, in great condition, and again, the process was easy. I live in Southern New Hampshire and drove an hour to this dealership. I own buy own business and do not have time to waste. I am happy to say nobody wasted my time and I enjoyed my experience. Highly recommended!!! More
