Deducted one star from overall rating because of an issue about fixing some cosmetic damage before the sale; it took more effort to resolve than it should have. If the good service continues, I might raise it to 4.5 or 5 stars. Let's see. More

Great Customer Service Eduardo is a very good person to deal with. You can tell by your interaction with him that he is genuine. Straight forward, customer focused I came from outside of MASS because of the selection of quality used A6s they had on the lot. To make the trip worthwhile I got connected with a sales I came from outside of MASS because of the selection of quality used A6s they had on the lot. To make the trip worthwhile I got connected with a sales manager Kyle who very quickly agreed to a price that did just that. My family went down a day later and salesman Eduardo had the car prepped and waiting for us. We did a quick test drive and back to the dealership to complete the paperwork. Everything was ad discussed and the car was in excellent condition (as were all the cars on the lot that I saw). We had to arrange a delivery the following week and they delivered the car as promised first thing in the morning. The runner was professional and courteous. What impressed me the most is that I had a minor electrical issue which my local Audi dealer could fix under warranty. I had initially reached out to Ed to let him know I had a problem. What stands out is that he followed up with me asking if it got fixed. Unfortunately it took 2 trips to the local dealership to actually fix the problem - but 1) it was under warranty and 2) that was really no fault of anybody at Autobahn. However again Ed continued to reach out and ask about the problem to make sure it was taken care of. It was a really nice personal touch that shows me he is good at his job and as many cars as he sells ... he is interested in the customer being happy. I probably would have been a lot more frustrated with this electrical issue had he brushed me off. More
