No comprimise for negotiation, no give at all, waited 4 days Scott Moss, Bought 2014, Mercedes c300, Price of car, was listed. No room for negotiation at all because they "don't make anything on these used car Scott Moss, Bought 2014, Mercedes c300, Price of car, was listed. No room for negotiation at all because they "don't make anything on these used cars". Missing safety kit from back of car, I asked for one day one. Did not have one when came to day of pickup. Was told some cars don't come in with them. I asked them to take one out of another used car that was on the lot and order another for that one. They said they can't do that because they inventory every car when it comes in and can't take anything out. I said then I don't want the car. After hemming and hawing they said they would buy one from Mercedes, after all they are only $30.00. Strangely, They said the salesman had one for me in his desk. I guess they took it out of another car. I signed final papers only to find out it only had one key. I asked if they could get me a second one. They used they same line. If it does not come with two when it is traded in. You don't get one. They would not get one for me. Now we need to spend $300.00 on a key After spending $20,000 cash on used car. What High end auto dealer only gives you one key. Waited 3 hours at dealership to have paperwork completed, did not get completed, Left without car day 2.. Was told by finance guy sticker would be put on car and car delivered on day 3. Waited all day on day 3 for paperwork from Insurance company and dealer to be completed, Each blaming each other. Waited all day for word on car, none came. I called them, got voicemail, Finally my wife got a hold of salesman, finished on third day 4:30. Told by salesman too late for them to put a sticker on it today and did not have a runner to deliver. Going there right now to pick up. I will pay for and put sticker on myself tomorrow.
