Come in prepared with your research, ask for Wesley Gopaul, and you should have no complaints! I SAY ASK FOR WESLEY SPECIFICALLY because he stuck with me throughout the sale, made sure my car was pristine, and even afterwards had a couple things fixed for me that I know if I had another salesman it likely wouldn't have gotten done after delivery. I'm sure I'm forgetting some of the other great things Wesley did, but they say you don't remember what a person did/say as much as you remember how they make you feel. Nothing changed after the sale, as he gave me a test ride in a Tesla with full knowledge that I had no intention of buying it, and he immediately mailed back something I had left behind in my old car. You may be able to negotiate a better price in a private sale, but you will hard pressed to have a smoother purchase. More
