Why I gave 5 Stars! As a former Sales Associate for a GM Dealer I am very aware of the auto buying process. I called to set up my appointment to take a look at the vehicle I was interested in. I was pleasantly introduced by the young woman who took my call to Brandon Downer who would be my Rep. Brandon turned out to be very polite, personable and professional. Not one of those pushy sales associate. He showed me the vehicle I came to see and it was detailed to perfection. After some discussion with one of the managers, Mike Bates, we came to an agreement on the cost of the vehicle and an amount on my trade. I brought my trade in a few days later, received what we agreed upon. I spent some time with Bill Jesse, the business manager on the paperwork. Normally I would not purchase an extended warranty but with Bill's explanation and knowing that with all the new electronics, especially the engine and transmission I should not be without the coverage protection for it. If I only used it once, it would pay for itself. I later drove home that afternoon in my dream Corvette Stingray. I even commented to the GSM on his staff. The pros: None of the hassle you get at other dealerships. Every member of the staff was great to work with. I would purchase a vehicle from Autobahn again. Upon our arrival we were greeted promptly and aligned with our sales person Harry Wellott. He was very polite and professional and accommodate a test drive for the car we were interested in. From there we just so happened to lay eyes on another one that had just arrived before our eyes. Without hesitation Harry and Kyle Fowler accommodated us to look at the vehicle even though it wasn’t nearly ready for sale. They didn’t make us come back, as we were from out of state, they made time for us there and then and Kyle got us a potential price right away. While my wife and I were discussing with Kyle, Harry went and sat with our kids in their accomodating guest area to make sure the kids weren’t bored. Fast forward to the day we went back to buy the car, everything was ready, no hidden costs, fees, no pressure, nothing that you would expect from a dealer. While we were looking over the car, they made it there business to change the channel for our kids! I mean seriously what a great way to treat a family. Overall the process was over quick, Renel got us a great price on a warranty, and then Bob Walker delivered the car to us ON HIS DAY OFF because we couldn’t take it that day due to registration. This place is absolutely amazing and there’s so much more that I left out. More
