We then talked about what car I was looking for and he manned his computer and came up with a couple of choices very quickly. The fact is, this place has a great selection of lightly used , low miles high end cars, particularly BMWs and Mercedes. After a couple of test drives we settled on a 428ix that I fell in love with at first ignition. And after going through the usual "we have someone else ready to make an offer right now!" stuff, (which may actually have been true) I went ahead and took the leap. Turned out fine. The price was fair, the service was great, Dan is a good guy and I highly recommend him. Postscript: We love the car More

Although I had arranged my own financing through a credit union, I found that the business manager was also extremely professional. I went in to check out the car that day and it was pulled up front and ready for a test drive. I had been looking at similar cars all over, but the pricing and confidence in buying from them just seemed right. There was one minor aesthetic piece that I was concerned about and Dwayne assured me it would be fixed before I was locked into anything. Paperwork and everything was done, came back to see the adjustment to the concern and it was perfectly taken care of. Car-buying is becoming an increasingly easy thing to do online. My only feedback for improvement would be around the paperwork. It is all still hard-copy by mail. I can land the loan from a bank, make payments and even register the car 100% online, executing the sale shouldn't take a week. Small gripe, really, but worth planning for. More
