With that said, If you know cars and how to "read" them to see if the vehicle has been cared for correctly, you will certainly find a decent selection on this lot. Based purely on PRICE, I can absolutely endorse this dealership. However, if you are looking for "after the sale customer service and attention to detail DURING the sale", then you will be hanging on for a while for you will not receive it here. It's important to keep in mind that this is a pre-owned luxury dealership and it is unreasonable to expect the sales teams to know about each and every vehicle. It is NOT unreasonable to expect top-notch customer service however and this is what you don't get. Specifically? Un-kept promises for detailing prior to delivery, a follow up call to see if you like the car or there are any issues, promising an inspections sticker only to never have it done, never delivering the registration....these are important items that were not delivered as promised.
