I thought Kyle was a considerate and honest gentleman. He was straight with me and did not try to sell me something I did not need. He was kind and friendly and knew about the car he was showing me. The dealership took great care in helping me find the best financing deal and I would buy another car from them in the future. The process took a little longer than I thought it would but overall i felt that I was sold the car I wanted at the best financing they could help me get and I never felt at any time that I was being taken advantage of in any way. Other dealerships I went to try to sell me the worse deal possible for me to make themselves the most money. I did not get that impression here. Great experience overall. More

I live in upstate NY and was looking for a Black Nissan Maxima Sport, which in my neck of the woods is difficult at best to find. I began looking online to find a few candidates that were either high mileage or too expensive. Luckily, I found Autobahn with the exact ride I wanted at a price that seemed to good to be true. I contacted them through email to discover the response as welcoming as the vehicle from Kyle. I asked some questions, quickly received my answers, and began a simple brief negotiation. I had a rather tired 2003 Tahoe that I was hoping to trade, proposed a deal after a thorough description and voila, we had agreed. My wife was nervous, I suppose I was a little too, to make a deal on a vehicle unseen, so we took the 4 hour drive to seal the deal and see if the Maxima was as represented honestly. It was beautiful!! Kyle was off the day we could make the trip. Louis worked with us upon arriving (terrific), and Al worked a challenging finance at a great rate (thanks). Upon my return for the vehicle exchange, I finally met Kyle face to face and everyone involved were happy to see my excitement. The 4 hour drive back in my new car was a dream. I took it to my local Nissan dealer for a NY inspection and thorough once over for peace of mind. They gave it an enthusiastic thumbs up. I would highly recommend any out of town folks to trust the integrity of Autobahn and staff. The entire experience met and exceeded, what we all know can be the misery of a vehicle purchase, into a pleasure. I am currently driving the exact car I wanted thanks to these guys! More
Kyle is a born salesman in the best sense. He was personable and helpful. Never pushy. He made the purchase straight forward and seamless. He immediately handed me off to Ed who took the ball and finished the deal rather than have me wait or come back. I'm sure he had to share the commission but my service experience was clearly more important to him than his commission. You can't expect anymore from a business. Al, the Business Manager, finished up the paperwork and was friendly and efficient. Usually we dread buying cars because of the process most dealers make you go through. This couldn't have been simpler. They have a great inventory of late model cars to choose from. Check them out. More
