I was interested in buying a used BMW X3 with pretty specific requirements, knowing that they sell like hot cakes. Once they knew what I wanted, as soon as they got one in that they thought would meet m specific requirements, knowing that they sell like hot cakes. Even though plenty of people would've wanted to buy it, he still put in the effort and went out of his way to let me know and see if I was interested. Patrick was extremely friendly and honest from the moment I met him, and never made me feel stupid or hid stuff that I might not know because I'm a female and not extremely knowledgeable when it comes to cars. He said it how it was, and as a female buying their first vehicle, that's the kind of honesty I really appreciate. He was extremely knowledgeable and really made sure I understood all of the information I was given. He kept in contact with me throughout all stages of the process and was always available to answer any questions I had, which was very convenient.
