I Got Just the Car I Wanted and had Fun in the Process I love buying and driving older luxury cars. When my old 2002 RL needed to be put down, I met with Tim Klingenber at Autobahn and told him that I wanted "a convertible for under $10K", then I started naming some pedestrian options: a Solara, a Mini Cooper, a Saab? Tim said, "I see you in a BMW." We agreed that Tim would see what became available. After a week I got a text message from Tim with a picture of a beautiful BMW 325ci convertible. It was a 2001 and had been babied by the previous owner: 86K on the odometer. I found the folks at Autobahn to be completely transparent when it came to making sure that I was happy. Tim showed me the car, along with all its blemishes: a worn driver's seat, a broken speaker cover, some scratches on the bumper. Tim took me out for a test drive but, before I drove it, he pushed the car to see what it had. He pushed the brakes, transmission, and steering. When I decided to buy the car, I did my homework on the pricing. Turns out there was no need for a negotiation, Tim's offer was exactly what the car was worth according to all my sources. The trade in offer for my Acura RL was also right on the money. Over the next week Autobahn replaced the leather on the driver's seat, repaired the speaker cover, repainted the rear bumper, replaced the tires and brakes, upgraded sensors and detailed the car. It looked, felt, and smelled new. In the end I got a pristine 2001 BMW 325ci for exactly the price that I wanted and I have been in love with my car ever since. The staff there is one of the most professional I've ever seen in a dealership... no high pressure, no hype, just sincere and honest customer service. I met Rick Cirino (sales) on my first visit and have to say he's a pleasure to do business with. Also have to give kudos to Armand Rotolo and Marissa Sestito (business manager) who were also like Rick, a pleasure to deal with. My car was delivered spotless and on time, with no surprises. I do highly recommend the Simonize GlassCoat for the paint as I was amazed at how it looked. Plus no more waxing, buffing, etc. Just wash it and go! Lastly, Autobahn has excellent selection. I would highly recommend them for your next discount luxury car purchase. Minor nit - Autobahn deals with several makes and models, so don't expect that they know about every feature in automobile. More

Our salesman Rick handled the sale and was easy and pleasant to work with and has been helpful since. The service team, especially Patrick and Alex, are friendly and professional, and took care of a couple of minor cosmetic issues for me expertly. My car looks like new! The customer service has been great and nice to deal with. The staff have been attentive to our needs and I feel comfortable calling back with any questions/concerns I may have. They have provided the same level of service since Day 1, and I don't feel like its wavered since I've acquired the car. I got a quality car at a fair price with solid customer service. At that point he didn't even know I was gong to buy anything I had one small issue that Kyle and Patrick, immediately fixed and I must say the service department run by Patrick was superb!
