I researched various models of SUVs and time and time again these guys kept coming up with the best reputation and the lowest prices around. I visited them and it was probably one of the easiest and most pain free car buying experience I have seen. From the test drive to the financing to the delivery, Jason the sales guy was easy to work with, knowledgable and he did not blow smoke telling me what I wanted to hear. Plus the staff here is really cool to work with and Mark the Finance guy was easy, explained everything and got me into the car I wanted with no hassles. Don't worry about visiting the Automile in Norwood (won't mention names), stick to this place. Lowest prices around and best selection of luxury brands around! More

I received a voicemail from a sales rep saying they had a vehicle come in and wanted me to look at it. I returned his call and he never picked up, but I left a message with him I was on my way. When I arrived at Autobahn USA I asked the GM KYLE Fowler if he could point me to Rick? The person who left me the voicemail... No one by that name worked here. I was ready to walk out when I figured out I came to the wrong dealership!! It was one that sounded like Autobahn and I got it mixed up... Kyle was laughing and said he just had the model I was looking for just come in. He took me down to look at it and it was the exact color, both interior and exterior I was looking for. He wasn't lying as it wasn't in the system yet. The Sale process just began... We discussed the financials and he asked what kind of deals I were receiving from the other two dealerships? I told him I didn't want to leave his dealership without a deal. Not only did he give much more for my trade than the other dealerships he treated me like a real customer who was looking for a pleasurable experience. He delivered on his end!! He then introduced me to the Sales Rep that would finish the sales Wesley Gopaul. Wesley was a continuation of my wonderful experience. He made sure that I was going to totally satisfied with the decision I made. I have no buyers remorse a month later and it is the nicest vehicle I've ever owned. When you go in Autobahn USA you need to ask for these guys as it was totally awesome! More

I have just come from a failed deal with this dealership and I'm relating to you my experience while it is fres Run, don't walk, away from these guys. I have just come from a failed deal with this dealership and I'm relating to you my experience while it is fresh in my mind. I went to see a 2014 Ford Fusion Titanium and all interactions were pleasant through negotiation. Afer a bit of back-and-forth, they presented to me a deal for the car of $21,500 less $5,500 for my trade-in vehicle. We agreed and then they took the paperwork away.They brought paperwork back and I made the mistake of not examining it carefully when they came back with it and signed away and put in a $500 deposit. When I went in to the loan officer $500 dollars had dropped off trade-in value. The agreement had my signature on it because when I was signing I didn't check the actual paper I signed, I only assumed it was the same one I had seen when I agreed with the salesman and sales manager. I did get upset and let them know that. The loan officer did not try to convince me that I was mistaken, but offered to refund my deposit almost imediately. The salespeople I agreed with did not come to try and talk to me. They could've produced the original document they showed me if the trade-in value I had agreed to had been $5,000. They did not produce it. Why? Because they knew I'd caught them and just wanted me out the door as quickly as possible. I'm very disappointed in Autobahn as they gave me the whole deal about what an honest family-owned business they are. More
